What is PBIS?
PBIS is an acronym that stands for Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports. It is an evidence-based, schoolwide systems approach aimed at improving students' behavior by establishing a positive school culture and individualized behavior supports.
Bear Paws
Students can earn "Bear Paws" for being Respectful, Responsible, and The Best They Can Be ("Westy 3"). The Bear Paws can be used for tangible (Bear Cart) and intangible rewards!

Classroom Chain
Classes can earn links by being Respectful, Responsible, and The Best They Can Be ("Westy 3"). When we reach our goal, we will have a class celebration.
School Wide Chain
When a class reaches their goal, a link is added to the school chain. Once the school links hit the ground, there will be a school wide celebration.
