Q1 - What is the best way to contact Mrs. Haley?
A: Feel free to contact me at any time @ haley.atchley@smail.astate.edu and/or (885)432-9478. Please give up to 24 hours for a response.
Q2 - What time does class begin and end every day?
A: Class begins @ 8:00 am and is dismissed at 3:05 pm
Q3 - How can I make sure my child has homework or not?
A: Homework will be posted in the Homework Tab daily.
Q4 - What do I do if I have a sick child?
A: Contact me and I will send make up work for that day.
Q4 - Does the school have an attendance policy?
A: Students are allowed 5 unexcused absences.
Q5 - Where can I find classroom rules?
A: All classroom rules are listed in the Acceptable Use Policy Tab under Classroom AUP.
Q6 - When is lunch and recess for my child?
A: Lunch is from 10:30-11. Recess follows directly after from 11-11:30.
Q7 - Are masks required for students?
A: No, masks are optional.
Q8 - What happens if my child has to quarantine?
A: Do not worry. Work will get sent home with the students and zoom is always available for questions.
Q9 - How do I know how my child is doing in class?
A: Weekly reports are sent out every Friday that has current child's grade, their behavior for the week, and anything they're doing good and/or struggling with.
Q10 - Can I expect my child to be successful in your classroom?
A: Of course! Make sure your child is at school on time and remains the full day. I will do my absolute best to give the best knowledge to all my students to allow them to be successful in the future.
