My teaching philosophy is centered around inclusion, patience, and meeting students where they are. Through my experience working with special education, I've learned that no two students learn the same way- and that's okay. I believe it's my job as an educator to adapt my teaching so all students can succeed.
I value creating a safe and supportive classroom environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing. Building relationships is a huge part of my approach because students learn best when they feel understood and respected.
I also believe in using a variety of teaching strategies, including hands-on activities, technology, and small group instructions, to support different learning styles. My goal is not just academic success, but helping students build confidence and independence.Â
