Payment and terms

Commissions are NOT free.
Please, before taking the commission, learn about the prices.
I can decline the commission request for some reasons: if I don’t like the theme or if I can’t do it.
I can hold a slot for you for a month maximum (as default term).
Please, notify me if you need more time.
I’m working for the 100% prepayment. After I get the payment,
I’ll start to do commission for you.
I accept payment by parts, but:
- please, tell me how much time you need for the full payment;
- you’ll get the art (or I’ll start to work — it depends on commission type) only when I get the full payment;
- I will notify you about the deadline for the payment, but if I don’t get the remaining part, I’ll notify you about the time is over;
- If you don’t react to my notification, I won't do refinds and won’t take any comms from you or sell adopts until I get the whole payment for previous work.
In general, any type of comms can take about 4 weeks, but I try to do the commissions as soon as possible. But if I need more time, I’ll notify you about it!

If you need art ASAP, you need to pay Rush Fee: +50% for the final price.
If you need art for commercial uses, you need to pay Commercial Fee: +50% for the final price.
For VTubers, YouTubers, Games, Novels and other commercial uses.

If you want a private commission, you need to pay Privacy Fee: +15%
If you want me not to upload a commission for some time (for someone’s b-day or for the debut and etc.), just tell me! It won't cost anything, just don’t forget to note me, when I can upload it.
Due to circumstances payment via PayPal isn’t available for now, so now I have another options for this:

REFUND

NO REFUNDS! Please, order a commission if you want to get an art from me.
If we can’t work together and you still insist on refund — you’re gonna be placed in Black List, and won’t be allowed to my comms, auctions, sales, raffles etc.
If you need a refund because of the Health or another Emergency, we can agree on a refund/partial refund.
Cancellation fee will be 15% minimum. It mostly depends on the work that I have done for you.
In some cases, I can offer a refund by myself: if I understand that I feel uncomfortable working with a person.
Please, don’t forget about sanctions against Russia: I can’t use any payment system for now, such as PayPal, Stripe, Wise and others.
So it is another reason why I can’t accept Refund.

Working process

If you want to take a commission (custom, sketch, full body) — use one of the forms to fill.
In other ways, it will be difficult to say the price and it will be hard to work with not structured information.
Please, if you ordered a commission from me a while ago and want me to draw a new piece with the same character, please, send me this character again!
I’m sorry, I just have many commissions and other things, so I may forget which character was commissioned before.
Firstly I’ll send a sketch without colors for you, feel free to tell me if you want to make changes! I’m ok with it.

Exceptions: quick sketch portraits — for this type of commission I don’t send you WIPs and don’t make any changes in it.
If you use screenshots as references, please, do them in locations with neutral lighting and neutral background.
For the regular commissions (sketch commissions, full color commissions) I won’t do the designs for your character or the outfit.
But I can do it for an additional price.
Please, pay more attention when you fill the form! To get a better result, don’t forget to write about important details. And don’t forget as many references as needed (especially for the customs and custom outfits).
Please, don’t write information that won’t be used for the drawing! I love to read about your OCs, but… I’m not good at English and I just can’t read a lot of text.
After you get the finished commission, don’t forget to save the files.
I can’t guarantee that I will have all these files in six months.
This rule is more about Outfit or Custom type.
Please, don't ask me about doing "exactly the same commission as you did", because:
1. It won't be exactly the same, because of details etc.
2. This is disrespectful to the customers, which had a commission that you want to copy.
Me and them did a job together, to get the result.It doesn't mean that you can't send me them and ask to do "something like this", as reference. But not copy them.

Fixes

I’m ok to make any changes in work on the sketch stage. I won’t do them on the finished works.
So please, pay more attention to the details at the Sketch stage!
Exceptions: if you need to change a small detail on finished work, I’ll do it.
If you want to do a lot of changes, it will be cost additional price:
- from 1 to 5 fixes: free;
- Over than 5 fixes: +5–15 USD per one (the price is depending on difficulty).
If you want me to do one more color version for the custom outfits (alternative style) — it will be +50% to the price.
Exception: if I'll do a couple color versions for the outfit and you like them and want to use them all — please, feel free to do it!
