Counselors recognize that our personal beliefs impact our behavior and how we interact with students, parents, staff, and the community as a whole.  Using data gathered through needs assessments, testing, grades, discipline referrals, and other areas, the counselors can develop a program to help students by guiding them to achieve their fullest potential.
