Your child will need the following requirements completed in order to enter our Preschool for All program;

1. A completed Preschool Screening

2. Completed medical requirements including; current physical, immunization record, & lead screening

3. An official copy of the child's birth certificate

4. A completed Preschool registration packet

5. A completed Family History interview

6. A home visit or one to one consultation with the classroom teacher or preschool office staff
