Physical/Earth Science are branches of science that study the non-living parts of the environment. This course will provide students the opportunity to learn about lab safety, the use of the Scientific Method and the application of process skills. Students will also gain an understanding of the properties of matter, atomic theory, periodic law, energy, forces and motion, machines and work, rocks and minerals, astronomy, and weather.
