About Me:
I have been in public education for more than 20 years. I worked in the general population grades PK - 3rd for 5 years. Feeling that I could have a greater impact, I chose to work with students who have special needs / learning differences. For more than 15 years, I have worked with students who have learning challenges.
After 3 years as a special education teacher for Epic Charter Schools, I started my own tutoring business. As a tutor, I have the freedom to work on skills specific to the needs of each individual. I love the one-on-one setting and believe that it is the most effective delivery of instruction for struggling students.
