About Mrs. Morton

Welcome to 5th grade! 

The final year of elementary school is an exciting one, and it is my joy to be your teacher this year. 

The 2025-2026 school year will be my 11th year of teaching, and 4th year of teaching 5th grade at Willow Springs Elementary. Before coming to The Willow, I taught 3rd and 6th grades in Virginia.

I live with my husband, three daughters, and two dogs. Two of my daughters attend Willow Springs Elementary. My dogs, Luna and Tonks, love to go on walks and play tug of war! When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending my time outside. My family loves to explore parks, playgrounds, walking trails, and swimming pools.
