About Me

Hello families!

I am thrilled to be a part of the first grade team at Wilder again for the sixth year. I can’t wait to meet you all! First grade is such an exciting year and we are going to do so many great things. My goal is to make our classroom a safe, inviting learning space where we can explore, grow, and have fun! I am committed to getting to know each of my students and encouraging them to do their best each and every day. I look forward to working together to accomplish this goal!

I grew up in Centennial and attended Lenski, Powell, and Arapahoe. I am so happy to be back in Littleton Public Schools and teaching at Wilder! I earned a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Event Management from Elon University and a master’s degree in Elementary Education from Regis University.

I have a background in sports (Go Rockies!) but my true passion is education. Prior to Wilder, I taught first grade at Field Elementary and worked in Cherry Creek School District for six years. My husband Tyler, our daughter Stella, and I live in Denver. We love to spend time with friends and family, watch sports, play board games, and travel!
