SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST 2021-2022

Bolded/underlined items are for new students only

● Baby wipes (3 containers or refill packs)

● 2 box of Kleenex (200 count)

● 1 roll of paper towels

● Play-Doh (various colors, 5oz.)

● 3 pack of Clorox Wipes

● Individual family pictures (write names or nicknames on back include each family member and pets!)

● Extra set of clothing (2-3 sets and label all items)

● Package of diapers or pull-ups (extra underwear if potty trained)

● Child’s individual reinforcers (edibles, tangibles, movie list) see Reinforcer Checklist

You may label your child’s individual reinforcers (food items, and toys), but please do not label any school materials with your child’s name. Please feel free to donate any extra items, age appropriate games, or activities.

Inform me if your child has any special diet restrictions to any items listed above. Our class is aware of the importance of GFC, organic, and bio-medical diets. We understand infractions can cause undesired reactions.
