Hello! My name is Jamie Fidler and I'm excited to serve as your instructional coach. My role is to partner with teachers to support student learning, strengthen instructional practices, and help create engaging classroom experiences. I'm here as a collaborator, thought partner, and resource. I look forward to learning alongside you and supporting the incredible work you're already doing.
My educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Education, two fields that have shaped my passion for understanding learners and supporting effective instruction. During my five years of teaching at Scholar, I have developed a deep appreciation for the impact that collaboration and continuous learning have on student success. I am thrilled to begin this new chapter as an instructional coach and look forward to working alongside you educators to share ideas, solve challenges, and celebrate growth.
