Thank you so much for visiting my page! After teaching at DuQuoin High School for 12 years, I have finally come "home" to teach English at Herrin High School. I was born and raised in Herrin and I thoroughly enjoyed my time in school. I am very appreciative of this town and the many things it has to offer.

My husband, Blake, is also a Herrin High School graduate and together we have two beautiful children who attend North Side Primary Center. We spend much of our "free" time at piano lessons, gymnastics, or basketball.

As a teacher, I want to encourage a safe and enjoyable environment for students to learn and thrive. I teach a variety of English courses and only want the absolute best for my students. If any student ever needs extra time/help, I am always willing to give it. My goal is to see all of my students succeed not only in English, but in all areas of their life.
