I have been teaching middle school and high school since the 2003-2004 school year. Prior to teaching, I worked as an Engineer for fifteen years in various manufacturing industries. I earned both a B.S. and M.S. degree in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an M.Ed. in General Education from the College of St. Joseph and an Ed.S. degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the doctoral program at Liberty University.
I enjoy the hands on learning that working in the Technology Education department provides. I think it is important for students to connect their learning with skills that they will need in the workforce.
