My name is Rachael Barresi and I am so happy to be joining your child on their journey in 3rd Grade this year! I have 12 years teaching experience which includes teaching PreK, 3rd grade, 4th grade, 5th grade, Special Education, and being an Assistant Principal. . I graduated from the University of North Texas in 2005 with my Master's in Educational Administration. I stayed at home with my children for many years, and then I joined the Adkins staff as a Special Education/Inclusion teacher and then moved to 3rd grade. I am so excited to continue serving our students and families this year in 3rd grade!

My husband Will and I have been married for 27 years and we live in Lantana with our 3 kids and our yellow lab, Stella. Our son Drew is a freshman at the University of Arkansas, Woo Pig!  Our daughter Camden is a freshman at Guyer High School. Our youngest, Kate, is a 4th grader here at Adkins this year.

When I'm not at school, I love to travel to the beach with my family, have lazy summer pool days, and I love taking pictures!
