ABOUT ME

I graduated from Texas A&M University (Gig’em) and have been teaching for 17 years. I taught in Spring Branch ISD for 13 years. After staying home for several years, to spend time with my own kiddos, I started to substitute in CFISD. When I decided to return to teaching full time I was very blessed to find a new home at Birkes Elementary. I am so excited to be a part of the amazing staff, students, & parents at Birkes for 5 years now. I have 3 sons who all attended Birkes! Brandon is now a Senior attending Texas A&M University, Tyler is a Junior at Blinn College, and Kyle is a 10th grader at Cy Ranch High School. We have the cutest dog named Hailey Girl. My husband and I spend our free time enjoying our kids and attending lots of baseball games. All 3 of my kids played ball. I also enjoy shopping, decorating, and spending time with family & friends.
