Classroom Norms

The following norms will be discussed in more detail on the 1st Day of Class. Please remember to follow these norms throughout the entire school year.

Behavior Norms:

1). Be respectful

2). Be responsible

3). Be safe

Math Norms:

1). We all have different starting points.

2). We can all make progress no matter what our starting point is.

3). We can all learn from one another.

4). We will do our best at all times while completing tasks that challenge us because this will bring out our creativity as well as develop our skills and understanding.

5). We will never give up when we find that a task is difficult because this is how we make progress.

6). We will value mistakes that we make because we can learn from our mistakes.

Virtual Learning Norms:

1). Be prompt.

2). Be prepared.

3). Be productive.

4). Be positive.

5). Be proactive

6). Be polite

7). Be patient.
