The Beginning
Purpose Discovery Academy (PDA) was born as a response to a deep need for an institution where young people can learn in a structured way, how to discover their true identity, which is a natural consequence of discovering God's Purpose.
The founder, Noah AfeOluwape after many years of research saw a gap in the Educational sector in Nigeria and Africa. He was inspired to develop a very uncommon curriculum with 12 unique courses that guide young people to glide into deeper dimensions of their true identity, thereby beginning their self discovery journey.
In 2011, the first edition of The School of Purpose held between August 13th to August 26th with 40 registered participants in attendance in Festac Town, Lagos Nigeria.
The revolution he began from that year is growing into a strong vision that is transforming the lives of young people across the world yearly, because the unique courses are now available as online courses.
There is a saying, “if the path is beautiful, ask where it leads, but if the destination is beautiful, do not mind the path”. Today, we are grateful Mr. Purpose followed this path, a path that is now producing multiple levels of impact in the lives of teens, young adults and adults today.
