My philosophy of education is that all children are capable of learning, and require a classroom environment that is conducive for that learning. I believe that pro-social behavior must be exhibited by teachers first in the classroom and school system to create an environment where students feel comfortable and take responsibility for their education and behavior. Students must have access to technology and tools to explore beyond the depth of knowledge received from books and instruction. It is my desire that all students become aware of the cultural diversity around them and celebrate the differences that they see in their peers.
