For my astrophotography, I use two free websites called ImageJ and Sequator. Here is a little bit about both.
ImageJ is a free open-source image processing and analysis software that is useable on every operating system. It was developed by the National Institutes of Health and the Laboratory for Optical and Computational Instrumentation as an application for scientific imaging. It has a version used specifically for astronomy called AstroImageJ that is useful in completing analysis of variable stars, or reading spectral emissions.Â

Sequator is a free stacking software. It will align stars, filter out some noise, and produce a file that can be further edited in programs like ImageJ. Sequator is Windows exclusive.
