Introduction

Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year. I am very excited to begin my 12th year here at Lennox! As some of you may or may not know me, my name is Trey Manitz and I am the 3rd-6th Grade Physical Education teacher at Lennox Elementary and Lennox Intermediate.

I am going to start off by telling you a little bit about myself. I graduated from Augustana University in 2011 with my Elementary Education degree.  My wife, Micole, and I live in Tea, SD and have three children.  Lawson (7) is in 2nd Grade this year in Lennox, Beckett (5) is in Kindergarten, and Rya (2).  Along with teaching PE, I am the Head Girls Golf coach, Assistant Boys Golf coach, and Freshman/Assistant Varsity Boys Basketball coach.

I will strive each and every day to be the best teacher I can be and expect my students to give their best efforts everyday as well. I am a strong believer in communication so if any questions, concerns, or comments ever come up please do not hesitate to call or email me.
