Medical Excuses

Medical notes will be accepted for four (4) weeks. During this time the students grade will not be affected negatively. In exceptional circumstances, students held out of class for longer than 4 weeks, an alternative written assignment will be given. It will be completed at the library during the students physical education class. The written assignment will be graded 0-10.

Notes from home WILL NOT BE MARKED AS EXCUSED. Any student who brings a note from home will not be awarded points that day. The student will be allowed to sit out the activity, but they are still encouraged to bring a change of clothes. If a doctor note is acquired within three (3) days of missing a class, the student will then be marked as excused with no penalty.
