About Mr. Krause

Kendrick Krause has been teaching mathematics for the Hilton Central School district for 25 years. He graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and from SUNY Brockport with a Masters degree in Mathematics Education. Currently he teaches Algebra 2 Common Core but has also taught, Algebra 1, Geometry, Precalculus, Introduction to Computer Science, Intermediate Computer Science, and AP Computer Science.

In addition to teaching Mathematics Mr. Krause has also held the following positions within the district

        • 7 - 12 Mathematics Coordinator

        • K - 12 Mathematics Coordinator

        • 7 - 12 Testing Coordinator

        • Head Athletic Chaperone (20+ years)

        • Mod A - Varsity Boys Soccer Coach (10 years)

        • MOD B - Girls Soccer Coach

        • Varsity Track assistant coach

        • Athletic Coordinator and Pool Manager.

This year Mr. Krause has decided to focus only on teaching mathematics. He will be teaching 3 Sections of Algebra 2 and a Senior Level mathematics classes that focus on PROBLEM SOLVING techniques and a ROBUST course called Math For Life that focuses on the day to day mathematics of all the finanacial nuiances of everyday life.
