I am a theist and the definition of a theist is, that the person believes in an existence of self that is non-physical (super self). To realize that I have been practicing Yoga from 2003 onwards. Yoga is the union of self (I) and super self. My practices include the following activities.
Discipline in behavior and living with surrender (Yama and Niyama) attitude: This is a must because without this yoga becomes bhoga.
Asana (Stretching the body and maintaining the position for some minutes with breath awareness)
Pranayama (Not doing currently: Earlier I did Anulom Vilom, Bhastrika with various locks (Root, Anus, Abdominal, Neck, Eye, and Internal Nostril lock)
Shatkarma(Sankh Prakshalan once in a summer and Jal neti)
Meditation
