I am currently working as UNAM Postdoctoral Fellow at Academic Unit, Instituto de Investigaciones en Matemáticas Aplicadas y en Sistemas (IIMAS), Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), Mérida, Yucatán, México. I have obtained my Masters and PhD degree on Mathematics and Computing from Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad, India. I have also worked as a IIT-K Institute Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, UP, India. My research areas of interest are: Acoustic vibration, Microcontinuum mechanics, Solid mechanics, Wave propagation, Smart Structures.
