Biography Chidambaram Narayanan

Chidambaram Narayanan is a student of Shri T. S. Nandakumar from Mumbai and has been playing for concerts for the last 30+ years. He has accompanied senior artists such as Shri TN Krishnan, Smt R. Vedavalli, Shri Panchapakesa Iyer, Smt TR Balamani, Smt T Rukmini, Chitravina Ravikiran, Sikkil Gurucharan among others. He is also experienced in accompanying for Bharatanatyam dance recitals. He also had successful collaboration with Jazz artiste Ben Schachter in Philadelphia. Chidambaram is known for his technical clarity and soulful accompaniment and teaches Mridangam in Zurich since the last 10 years.
