Reading Log

Here is a copy of the instructions for the weekly reading log. Students must log their work in their Agendas.

They will write down how many pages they read daily---

Their agenda will have the following information

Start Time:

End Time:

Pages Read:

Title of book and author:

Parent signature:

At the end of the week on Thursday, they have to choose one of the activities and do it in their agenda.

Sign your initials daily to ensure that they read. One tip is to have them record themselves using a smart device. This way you can scan forward if you have to see that they are reading aloud. This will help with their fluency.
