To toggle the mmo gamerules do the follow commands below:
type, "/team join mmo_admin
/trigger mmo_menu
Select, "[Gamerules]" menu or type, "/trigger mmo_gamerules"

These rules control entire pack how things function in pack server owns can [disable/enable] for customization options.
World Generation, by default is enabled for block loot tables.
Skill Tree, by default is enabled for all skills.
Tool Upgrades, by default is enabled to upgrade player weapons/tools.
