Take - Home Sheet
Each student has a Home/School Communication sheet every week. I will initial it at the end of the day or write a note if there is something important, usually behavior related. Students are expected to copy any homework from the whiteboard, and it should be checked off if it is finished at school. Parents/Guardians should initial as well in the same area I initial. That is a sign to me that you have checked the sheet and understand any and all notes. Also, please use the sheet to write any notes like doctor appointments, etc. Below is an image of the Home-School Communication sheet. My web page and email are at the top of it.
