My name is Mr. Arvanites. I am a graduate of Montclair State University with a degree in Elementary Education. This is my first year teaching, but I have had plenty of experience within a classroom from student teaching and substitute teaching. I look forward to creating a safe and inviting environment for your child to learn and grow in!

I love what I do and have always wanted to be a teacher. My mom, Stacey, and sister Summer, are also teachers. But when not in the classroom, I love sports, baseball, hockey, and football. I played sports my entire life and always love to root for my teams! I also love going to the beach and Disney World with my family!

My Philosophy of Teaching
In elementary school and in first grade, as the teacher you have a unique ability to make memories and building blocks that will last a lifetime. It is my job to make learning enjoyable for kids and create a place where my students love to come to school and learn as much as they possibly can. I will work to understand each child's needs and provide learning experiences inside and out of the class. I have high expectations for every student and believe in the best of each of my students.
