Every year, more than 1,500 architectural images leave our studio in Da Nang, Vietnam. They end up in planning submissions in Sydney, sales brochures in California, investor decks in London and competition boards across Europe. Most of them carry someone else’s name. That’s exactly how our clients want it, and exactly how we like to work.
This is the story of who we are, what we do and why architecture firms, developers and rendering studios keep coming back.
MR Rendering is a 3D architectural visualization studio with a team of more than 30 full-time, in-house artists. We work with clients in over 15 countries, mostly in the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe.
Our clients fall into four main groups:
Architecture firms that need high-quality visuals without building their own rendering department.
Real estate developers and agents who need to sell homes and commercial space before construction is finished.
Interior designers who want clients to see and approve a space before money is spent on fit-out.
Other rendering studios that need reliable extra capacity during busy periods.
What connects them is simple. They need images that look real, arrive on time and don’t create extra work for their team.
From the start, we decided to work as a white-label partner. Instead of competing with our clients for the spotlight, we work behind the scenes as an extension of their team.
In practice, that means two things:
Every project is protected by an NDA. We never publish a client’s work or contact their clients without permission.
Every deliverable is white-label. No MR Rendering logo, no watermark. Our clients present the work as part of their own service.
This approach has built a kind of trust that’s rare in outsourcing. Around 40% of our clients have worked with us for more than five years. Many began with a single test image and now send us their full pipeline of projects.
We cover the full range of architectural visualization, so clients can work with one partner from concept to launch:
3D exterior rendering: facades, landscapes, aerial and street-level views with realistic light and context.
3D interior rendering: homes, hospitality, retail and office interiors with accurate materials and styling.
CG animation: architectural films and walkthroughs for launches, presentations and social media.
3D virtual tours: interactive 360° experiences that let buyers explore a space from anywhere.
3D floor plans: clear, furnished layouts that help buyers understand space at a glance.
3D photomontage: proposed buildings placed into real site photos for planning and marketing.
Many clients start with still images and later add animations or virtual tours as a project moves toward launch.
We’ve designed our workflow around what busy design teams need most: certainty.
A fixed price upfront. Clients send their brief and receive a clear, fixed quote within 24 hours. There’s no hourly billing and no surprises at the end.
One dedicated project manager. Each project has a single point of contact who checks files, briefs the artists, sends drafts and collects feedback.
Fast, predictable delivery. Standard still images are typically delivered in 2–4 business days, and rush delivery in 24–48 hours is available when deadlines are tight.
Three revision rounds per image, so the final result matches the design intent.
Production around the clock. Because our studio runs on GMT+7, much of our work happens while clients in the US, Europe and Australia are offline. Many send feedback at the end of their day and wake up to updated drafts.
Vietnam has become one of the most interesting places in the world for creative production. It has a young, highly skilled workforce and a strong design culture. For international clients, it also offers a cost structure that makes premium visualization more accessible.
Da Nang in particular gives our team a calm, focused place to work. That matters in a craft where quality depends on patience and attention to detail. Our clients get studio-level quality and the convenience of a team that works while they rest, at a cost that makes sense for project-based budgets.
When we ask long-term clients why they stay, the answers are rarely about price alone. They mention:
Consistency: the same project manager and artists learn their style and standards over time.
Reliability: deadlines are met, even during their busiest seasons.
Discretion: their client relationships are always protected.
Ease: briefing us takes less time than doing the work themselves.
If you’re an architect, developer, designer or studio looking for a dependable visualization partner, we’d love to hear about your next project. You can learn more about our story and team at MR Rendering, and follow our latest work on LinkedIn.
