D'IVO RESIDENCE @ OLD KLANG ROAD

Taking inspiration from its' surroundings, D'Ivo Residence @ Old Klang Road mirrors its appearance from the riverscape that once borders the plot of this former bus depot. The horizontal lines that cuts across the podium alludes to the pattern of the river's swift flow while the vertical lines hugging the 39-storey tower block allegorises the river grasses, reeds and vegetation of the flora that adorns the riverscape. Exploring further on the river theme, the mosaic façade against a lone panel of the building is a nod to the river's rocky bed while complemented by a palette of white and shades of grey, giving the impression of a pristine waterway.
