I am always mindful of including a variety of representations in books, anchor charts, posters, and guided discussions. This approach encourages my students to share their feelings, backgrounds, and traditions. By acknowledging our differences and intentionally celebrating them together, we build a community grounded in understanding, kindness, and respect.
