About the Teacher

Hi, my name is Brian Harris. This is my 19th year as a teacher here at Tigerton. During my time in Tigerton, I have taught 1st grade, taught reading and math from kindergarten through 8th grade through the Title I program, and currently teach 2nd grade. I graduated from Tigerton High School in 1998, and went to college at UW- Green Bay, where I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education with a Social Studies Minor in December 2002. In December of 2011, I completed my Reading 316 certification through UW-Stout.

On a personal note, I enjoy reading biographies, mystery novels, and all things sports. I am an avid Packer, Brewer, and Badger fan. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, as well as, playing softball and golf all summer long.
