Muhammad Novikar Aziz Fikri (called Fikri) is currently serving as an English teacher at SMP Negeri Remban, Rawas Ulu Sub-district, Musi Rawas Utara. He earned his undergraduate degree in 2016 from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, majoring in English Education at Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. In 2017, he was granted the opportunity to further his academic development through the Government-Subsidized Pre-service Teacher Licensure Program (PPG Prajabatan) that was organized by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education. He completed the program at Universitas Sriwijaya in 2018. He was then selected to serve as an English Teacher in 2020 through the Civil Servant Candidate Selection for the Government of Musi Rawas Utara.

In addition to his teaching duties, he has been entrusted with the additional role of Vice Principal for Curriculum Development. In this capacity, he is responsible for implementing the national curriculum within the school's operational structure, arranging teachers' specific roles and teaching schedules, and assisting the principal in designing school programs and conducting evaluations of teachers' classroom activities.
