What is Exercise Physiology?
Exercise physiology is the study of the body's responses to physical activity. These responses include changes in metabolism and in physiology of different areas of the body like the heart, lungs, and muscles, and structural changes in cells.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
This course will identify physiological mechanisms underlying physical activity, comprehensive delivery of treatment services to athletes, ways to maintain health and fitness, and identify various careers related to the guidance of athletes or those interested in exercise.
