Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor: This contest is hosted by @mr.ensi from TikTok. For any information, please message the user directly.

2. Eligibility: The contest is open to anyone who is at least eighteen (18) years old and has reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter.

3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the contest, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

4. Entry Period: The contest begins at January 3rd, 2025 and ends at the completion of the 200th entry which will be announced on TikTok by @mr.ensi (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter: To enter, you must follow @mr.ensi on TikTok and either:

• Purchase a $5 entry, or

• Complete a referral task for a free entry (completing a referral means you have received the bonus).

6. Prize: The first 200 entries will get a chance to win a PS5. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Notification: The potential winner will be notified via TikTok direct message. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to provide any requested information within 14 days, the potential winner forfeits the prize.

9. General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability: By participating in the contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize.

11. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

12. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
