This is my philosophy of special education.  I talked about if children with disabilities can learn, the impact of IDEA (Individuals and Disabilities Education Act) and Section 504, problems kids with disabilities face and how to help them overcome these problems, the most important place kids with disabilities receive an education, and the role of a special education teacher and a regular teacher teaching a child with disabilities.
