Subscriptions
Our application provides premium subscription plans that unlock enhanced features and functionality. Subscriptions are billed in advance regularly, according to the chosen Billing Cycle: weekly, monthly, or annually.
Upon confirming your subscription, the fee will be charged to your iTunes Account. To prevent automatic renewal, disable the auto-renewal option at least 24 hours before the current billing period concludes. Subscription cancellations can be managed directly through your App Store Account Settings. Just so you know, your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal pricing details are available through our customer support team. A valid App Store account is required to ensure uninterrupted subscription payments.
Intellectual Property
The Company retains exclusive ownership of the application and all associated intellectual property rights. These rights are safeguarded by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Users are strictly prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, reproducing, publishing, licensing, creating derivative works from, transferring, or selling any content, software, products, or services derived from our application.
Disclaimer
The application is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. The Company makes no representation that the application will meet your requirements or operate without interruptions, errors, or defects.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the Company be held liable for damages arising from the use of the application, including but not limited to indirect, consequential, punitive, or severe damages, even if the Company had prior knowledge of the possibility of such damages.
Updates
To enhance user experience, address bugs, and introduce new features, the application may receive regular updates. These updates may be delivered automatically or manually via the App Store. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to receiving such updates.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the relevant country, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Any changes will be deemed material at our determination. Continued use of the application after such modifications take effect will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
