How to Register

1. Fill out the registration form

2. Turn in required documents

3. Pay registration fees

• Spartan Football Team

In District Fee: 

• $250

• Sibling Fee: $225

Out of District Fee: 

• $300

• Sibling Fee: $275

Uniform Fee: $150

Fee covers staff, equipment, insurance league fees, and referee fees.

• Cheer/Spirit Team

Registration: $200 includes competition fee 

Cheer Uniform & Spirit Dance Costume: $300 

4. Deadlines 

Required Documents

• Birth certificate

• Current report card

• Sports physical

• Any required association forms, will be uploaded online. (website will be added soon)
