mProhori (“the App”) is owned and operated by Saptarshi Gayen (“the Developer”). We recognize that privacy is a fundamental human right. Our App is designed with a Zero-Footprint Architecture, ensuring that your personal data remains on your device under your control.
mProhori does not collect, store, or transmit any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as names, phone numbers, or addresses.
Local Processing: 95% of mProhori’s features (App Statistics, Hidden App Check, Ad-Check, and Technical Info) function entirely offline. Data analyzed by these modules never leaves your device.
Voluntary Input: When using the Breach Check feature, you manually provide an email address. This is processed in real-time and is not saved by the Developer.
To provide specific security services, the App communicates with industry-standard third-party APIs. Data transmitted is used strictly for real-time functional results:
Google Safe Browsing API (Link Shield): URLs scanned via QR or clicked through the Link Shield are sent to Google to verify safety status. This prevents phishing and malware. Google Privacy Policy.
LeakCheck.io API (Breach Check): Email addresses entered for breach verification are sent directly to LeakCheck.io to identify compromised credentials. LeakCheck API Terms.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used for one-way "Scam Alerts." It does not track individual user behavior or location.
mProhori requests specific permissions to perform its safety functions. We do not use these permissions for data mining:
Camera: To scan QR codes. Frames are processed in RAM and never saved.
Usage Access: To calculate screen time and detect "Hidden App" activity locally.
Overlay (Draw Over Apps): To display "Link Shield" alerts when an unsafe website is detected.
Notifications: To deliver critical safety updates and scam alerts.
Because we do not store your data on our servers, there is no user data to delete. All local application data (last scan time, settings) is removed instantly upon uninstallation of the App.

By accessing or using mProhori, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
mProhori provides digital safety information. While we utilize the Google Safe Browsing and LeakCheck.io databases, the Developer does not guarantee that these services will detect every possible threat. The App is a tool for awareness, and the final responsibility for digital interactions rests with the user.
The mProhori name, logo, and "Zero-Footprint" detection logic are the intellectual property of Saptarshi Gayen. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App's source code without written permission.
The Developer shall not be held liable for any damages, including data loss or device issues, arising from the use of the App. Use of the App constitutes an acknowledgment that digital security is a shared responsibility.

At mProhori, we believe you shouldn't have to upload your "Device DNA" to the cloud to keep it safe. Unlike traditional security apps, we have no central database containing your app list or usage habits.
Because we maintain a Zero-Knowledge infrastructure, we cannot comply with requests from law enforcement or third parties to provide user activity logs, browser history, or email queries. We cannot provide data that we never possessed.
Direct API Tunnels: Our Breach Check and Link Shield calls are direct "Device-to-API" tunnels. We do not log these queries on a middleman server.
No Trackers: mProhori is verified to contain zero trackers (No Google Analytics, No Facebook SDK).
