Steps for Registering for Annual General Meeting

1. Updation of Email ID & Mobile No.

a. AGM will be conducted through Zoom Video conferencing application. Members will need to login using their email id registered with Mandal. To check your email id and phone number registered with Mandal and to know your LM Code please visit :

b. If you wish to change your email id and phone number please visit the below link and login using your mobile number and OTP.

c. If you are unable to login, Please click on the below button and submit the completed form.

2. Registration for AGM

Please click on the Meeting Registration link below and fill in Your Name, Mobile Number, Email ID and LM Code. Registration is mandatory. Last date for registration is 21st September, 2021

Within 24 hours of registration, you will receive an email with the link for the Annual General Meeting. You may please click on that link to attend the Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2021 through the Zoom Application. The Link will be activated at 04:30 pm on that day.

Please note that the link will be specific to every member and cannot be shared. Members will need to log into Zoom using the same email ID which is registered with Maheshwari Pragati Mandal. Only one member can login using an Email ID. So if you have provided the same email ID for multiple members of your family, you are requested to update the same.
