Contributions

Email of acceptance are usually sent at the beginning of every week at the provided address: please check you "spam" folder.

Mini-symposium submission

  1. In order to organize a mini-symposium you need to fill the mini-symposium submission form.

  2. The speakers participating to the mini-symposium must then submit their abstracts following the "Abstract submission" section below.

  3. You will receive an e-mail once the abstracts of all the participating speakers have been submitted.

  4. You can edit the information about the mini-symposium.

Abstract submission

  1. Download the two .tex files needed here.

  2. Modify ONLY the template_mpdee2022.tex, following the comments within.

  3. To see the .pdf output, compile compiled_abstract.tex without modifying it. The resulting .pdf file should be at most 2 pages long.

  4. Once you are satisfied with the .pdf result, rename the template_mpdee2022.tex file as:
    type_lastname_mpdee2022.tex
    where "type" is one of the following:
    PT (plenary talk)
    MT (mini-symposium talk)
    CT (contributed talk)
    CP (contributed poster)
    and "lastname" is your lastname.

  5. ONLY type_lastname_mpdee2022.tex must be attached to the abstract submission form.

  6. The submission cannot be modified afterwards.

  7. You will receive an e-mail concerning the status of your submission after the revision of the scientific committee.
