The Meadow Park Community Association (MPCA) was founded by residents of the complex who wanted to create a sense of community and to advocate for the needs of the residents.

The MPCA is a non-profit organization that is governed by a committee. The committee is made up of residents of the Meadow Park Apartments and Park at Olive complex.
