1. Overview MP3 Playlist is a local music library application for managing and playing user-provided audio files on-device. The developer does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data.
2. Data We Collect The developer does not collect any data from this application. Specifically:
No user accounts are created
No login or authentication system exists
No analytics or tracking tools are implemented
No advertising SDKs are used
No crash reporting or telemetry is collected
No audio files are uploaded or transmitted to the developer
3. Local Device Data The app stores the following data locally on your device only:
Imported audio files (provided by you)
Playlist and folder structure you create
Optional artwork images you select
SoundCloud® track references (embed URLs only — no audio data is stored)
All local data remains within the iOS app sandbox and is inaccessible to the developer or any third party.
4. SoundCloud® Browser Feature The app includes an optional SoundCloud® Browser tab. When you use this feature, your device makes standard network requests to soundcloud.com and SoundCloud's public oEmbed and Widget APIs. These connections are equivalent to opening soundcloud.com in a web browser. SoundCloud GmbH may collect data from these interactions in accordance with their own Privacy Policy, available at soundcloud.com/pages/privacy.
This app is not affiliated with SoundCloud GmbH. SoundCloud® is a registered trademark of SoundCloud GmbH. No SoundCloud® audio is downloaded or permanently stored by this app.
5. Permissions The app may request access to:
Files / Local Storage: to import audio files you choose
Photos: only when you explicitly choose to set playlist or track artwork
Network: used only when the optional SoundCloud® Browser feature is active
No permission is used for data collection purposes.
6. Third Parties The developer does not share data with any third parties. When you use the SoundCloud® Browser, you are connecting directly to SoundCloud's own platform. SoundCloud's Privacy Policy governs any data they may collect.
7. Security All user content is stored within the Apple iOS sandbox. The developer has no access to your files or data.
8. Children's Privacy MP3 Playlist is rated 4+ and does not collect personal data from users of any age.
9. Changes to This Policy Updates will be published within the app or App Store listing. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using MP3 Playlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service MP3 Playlist allows you to:
Import and manage audio files stored on your device
Create and organise playlists and folders
Manage metadata such as names and artwork
Browse SoundCloud® via an official embedded widget browser for discovery and temporary playback
The SoundCloud® Browser uses SoundCloud's official oEmbed and Widget APIs. No SoundCloud® audio is downloaded, recorded, or permanently stored. Use of the SoundCloud® feature is subject to SoundCloud's Terms of Use (soundcloud.com/terms-of-use). This app is not affiliated with SoundCloud GmbH. SoundCloud® is a registered trademark of SoundCloud GmbH.
3. Licence You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.
4. User Content All audio files you import remain your property or the property of their respective rights holders. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any imported audio and that you comply with applicable copyright laws. The developer does not provide, host, or distribute audio content.
5. Anti-Piracy & Copyright Compliance You agree not to use this app to:
Store or distribute illegally obtained audio files
Infringe copyright or intellectual property rights
Circumvent DRM protections or licensing restrictions
Download, rip, record, or convert SoundCloud® content in violation of SoundCloud's Terms of Use
The developer disclaims all responsibility for misuse of this application.
6. Prohibited Use You may not:
Reverse engineer or modify the app except as permitted by applicable law
Use the app for unlawful purposes
Attempt to extract or interfere with app functionality
7. No Warranties The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee continuous availability, error-free performance, or compatibility with future iOS versions. Availability of the SoundCloud® Browser feature is subject to SoundCloud's own service availability and terms.
8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for loss of data, loss of audio files, device damage, or indirect or consequential damages. Use of this app is at your own risk.
9. Termination These Terms remain in effect until you delete the app. The developer may discontinue updates or support at any time.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
