MP3 Converter Pro processes video and audio files entirely on your device. When you select a file to convert:

You choose a file using Android's built-in file picker
The file is processed locally using your device's hardware
The converted MP3 file is saved to your device's Music folder

We do not upload, transmit, or store your media files on any external server. All conversion processing happens locally on your device.

4.2 Where Converted Files Are Saved

Converted MP3 files are saved locally on your device:

Android: Music/MP3_Converter_Pro folder
iOS: App's Documents folder App Documents / MP3_Converter_Pro

We use Android's MediaStore API (Android 10+) to save files without requiring broad storage permissions.

4.3 File Access

The App only accesses:

Files you explicitly select through the system file picker
MP3 files created by the App in its designated folder (Music/MP3_Converter_Pro)

We do not scan, read, or access any other files on your device.

5. Permissions We Request

Storage Access (Android 9 and below only)

Purpose: Save converted MP3 files to Music folder
Required: Only on older Android versions
Note: Android 10+ uses MediaStore API and does not require this permission

Notification Permission

Purpose: Show conversion completion alerts
