You are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms, conditions and use of service. Recruitment of personnel will be effective through "MP Rojgar". "MP Rojgar" a leading recruitment agency, provides its clients the most effective solutions with a committed approach. Our team of consultants personally handles every step of each assignment following the strictest ethical standards.
ü You are agreeing for the terms and conditions mention my MP Rojgar services.
ü You are agreeing to share your contact details and resume to recruiters of MP Rojgar.
ü You are agreeing to receive all types of phone calls or WhatsApp on your registered mobile number at any time.
ü Your candidates’ profile will not be get deleted in any situation.
ü You are responsible to maintain and update the correct information and profile on website.
ü Interview will be conducted on given appointment time at provided address only.
ü Interviews are to be attended at your own cost.
ü If company provides transportation expenses, you claim such expenses to company.
ü MP Rojgar Services are not responsible for expenses done on attending the interview.
ü Required documents should be available.
ü Hard or Soft copy of interview appointment letter provided by MP Rojgar Services.
ü Recent 2 passport size photographs.
ü Two hard copy of Curriculum Viata/ Resume.
ü Xerox & Original Copies of academic certificates.
ü Xerox & Original Copies of experience certificates.
ü For experienced: Last two months salary slips OR Offer & Joining letter of last employer.
ü First one month's 50% decided CTC (Cost To Company) salary is to be paid in case as recruitment charges to "MP Rojgar" after selection & before joining.
ü Recruitment charges are also applicable to candidate who accept the offer letter or confirm the joining date to company and can't join the company on provided joining date.
ü Recruitment charges are acceptable in the form of cash, Personal Cheque or electronic fund transfer to “MP Rojgar”.
ü Offer letter remain the property of "MP Rojgar" until receiving the full payment. In such circumstances, candidate shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.
ü Any excuses and/or negotiation will not get consider at the time of payment of Recruitment Charges.
ü Recruitment Charges is nonrefundable if candidate get offered/joined in the company.
ü Candidate should be pay recruitment charges to the “MP Rojgar” if he/she leaves the organization within 6 months from the joining date.
