I am a math fellow in the Department of Mathematics at UCLA, where I have been working since 2023 under the mentorship of Prof. Stan Osher. I received my Ph.D. in Mathematics from Duke University in 2023, advised by Prof. Jianfeng Lu, and my B.S. in Mathematics from Tsinghua University in 2018.
My research lies at the intersection of machine learning and control theory, with interests in deep learning, reinforcement learning, optimal control, and mean-field control and games. I will join the School of Mathematical Sciences, Peking University in Fall 2026. I am recruiting motivated undergraduate, master's, and Ph.D. students interested in control theory, machine learning, and their intersections. If you are passionate about mathematical research and AI, please feel free to contact me.
