Do I need to be home during the service?
Nope! As long as we have access to your property, we can complete the service without you being there.
What happens if it rains?
If the rain is light, we may still mow. For heavy rain, we will reschedule your service at the next available time.
Do you offer one-off mowing services?
We specialize in subscription-based lawn care but do offer one-off mows at a higher rate.
Can I request a specific mowing height?
Yes - If you have specific needs, let us know.
Do you remove grass clippings?
Yes - Just let us know if you'd like this service.
How does the subscription work?
We mow according to the frequency of the subscription you choose and we bill monthly in advance.
What happens if I skip a service?
Skipping a service won’t lower your monthly rate, as pricing is based on an annual schedule.
What does the $75 membership include?
It gives you priority scheduling, significant member savings on mowing subscriptions, 15% off other services, and access to special seasonal deals.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty.
Do you offer refunds for missed services?
If we miss a scheduled mow due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll reschedule at the soonest opportunity.
How do I update my payment details?
Log in to your client portal or contact us for assistance.
What’s included in a standard mowing service?
Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing debris off hard surfaces.
Do you trim hedges or remove weeds?
Yes, we offer hedge trimming and weed control as additional services.
Can you mow long grass?
If your grass is excessively overgrown, an extra charge may apply.
Do you offer aeration, fertilization, or other lawn treatments?
We focus on mowing but can recommend local specialists for advanced lawn treatments.
What if my lawn has obstacles like trampolines or furniture?
We’ll move small items (e.g., sports balls), but we don’t move large objects like tables or trampolines.

Yes! If you're not happy with the service, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right.
How do I refer a friend?
Send them our way! If they sign up for a subscription, you and your friend will each receive a $20 customer credit to use toward your next bill.

Can I transfer my membership if I move?
Yes! If you move within our service area, your membership moves with you. If you move out of the area, you can transfer it to a friend or family member.
Does my membership auto-renew?
Yes, it automatically renews every year. We’ll send a reminder before renewal, and you can cancel at any time.
