She is the founder of “ALTERA LAB” educational youth NGO that focuses on holistic personal and community development. Her work centers on personal development, mental health, mindfulness, peacebuilding, and social inclusion, placing young people and their stories at the heart of the process. She integrates art therapy, mindfulness, storytelling, and expressive approaches such as body movement, sound art, and theatrical performance to help young people express themselves, connect more deeply, and grow. She has worked with many vulnerable groups, supporting them in overcoming challenges, reconnecting with their authentic selves, and building self-confidence.

Vytautas holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy and integrates critical thinking, embodiment practices, and non-formal education methods into his work. His facilitation focuses on helping individuals connect with themselves, their communities, and the natural world through movement, mindfulness, and creative storytelling.
